Our Return/Refund Policy
We sell quality computers at a highly competitive price. Having to process requested returns because a customer has changed their mind after we have shipped out the computer they ordered and paid for takes significant time and staff resources on our end to process such returns which takes time away from our abilities to serve other customers. As such, we encourage you to make sure that you are 100% committed to purchasing, receiving, and gaming with the quality Clutch Computer you purchase at Checkout.
Our Return/Refund Policy requires our customers to return the item they purchased from us within 14 calendar days of the item being received by them. That is, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date the shipper has documented in its system that the item was delivered to the address to which the customer instructed us to use for delivery of the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item purchased MUST be in the same condition that it was received, that is it must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging as shipped by Clutch Computer to the customer. Proof of purchase will also be required.
If you are a customer who purchased an item from us and you have changed your mind and you wish to inquire about a return and refund, you MUST contact us at Support@clutchcomputerco.com within the 14 day period described above and inform us of the reason for your request.
If we agree in writing that we will accept your return, you will need to forward to us payment to cover Shipping Costs that will be involved in connection with you shipping back to us the item you purchased from us. Because you are making the decision to return the item to us, we must charge you to use the same quality shipping process we used to ship our quality product to you. If we agree in writing that we will accept your return, we will inform you of the shipping costs you will need to pay us for the return shipment. You will also be required to reimburse us for the Online Processing Fee which our online payment provider charged us in connection with your purchase together with our standard Inspection/Reshelving Fee of $150. We will include a payment link for you to make payment.
Once we receive payment from you for the return shipping costs, processing fee, and Inspection/Reshelving Fee we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon receipt, examination, and testing of the gaming computer the customer has returned, if we detect that the computer has in fact been opened or used, we WILL NOT issue the customer a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and us informing you that we will allow you to return it to us will not be accepted by us and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Item – Custom Built Gaming Computers
As an exception to our Return/Refund Policy, custom ordered computers WILL NOT be refunded. In other words, once payment is received by us to build the customer a custom gaming computer, that sale is FINAL once shipped by us to the customer and it CANNOT BE RETURNED. A custom ordered computer is a gaming computer Clutch Computers has built using component parts which you have personally selected for us to build for you and does not include any of our regular models which we have named and sell on our website containing component parts selected by us.
European Union’s Cooling Off Period is 14 Days
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it UNOPENED in its original packaging as shipped by us to you. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item you returned, and we let you know in writing if a full or partial refund was approved or not. If a refund is approved in full, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If a partial refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method by us within 10 business days. In this regard, kindly take note that although we will have issued your refund on our end with 10 days, credit card companies and banks often take additional days to process and post refunds. Accordingly, if after 15 days following our notification to you that we have made the refund on our end you have not received it on your end, kindly let us know by contacting us at support@clutchcomputers.com.
