Shipping policy

CARRIERS
By ordering a computer from Clutch Computer LLC you agree to accept the shipping carrier selected by Clutch Computer LLC (“Clutch Computer”) to deliver your purchase to you at the address you have provided Clutch Computer in connection with your purchase. Clutch Computer makes every effort to have your computer delivered to you within the time frame estimate that is associated with the shipping carrier option you have selected or sooner. If Clutch Computer determines that it can ship your computer for arrival to you within the same time frame or less using a shipping carrier other than the one you selected in connection with your purchase, Clutch Computer hereby reserves the right to do so without further cost to you.

CUSTOMS & VAT FEES
On all international shipments, payment of Customs Fees, VAT Fees and all other fees and taxes imposed by Customs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. As such, if you are a Purchaser who has requested shipment of a Clutch Computer to a non U.S. country, you will be required to do the following three tasks to take delivery of your Clutch Computer:

1. Provide Clutch Computer with your international telephone number.

2. Provide Clutch Computer with your email address.

3. Pay ALL Customs Fees, VAT Fees and all other fees and taxes imposed by Customs when your Customs Office contacts you concerning your shipment.
